Are there any natural fertility treatments?

Before I go to the doctor I would love to know if there are any herbs or foods that can help boost fertility and increase chances of conception?

    I once saw a show that said that a tea of Queen Ann’s lace (it is a weed) used to be use as a fertility treatment.
