Anyone else with back problems pregnant? Did it get better or how did you help it?
I’ve had bad low back pain problems for about 2 years now but it calmed down with my memory foam mattress. I’m about 4weeks and for a week now I’m in incredible pain again. I wake up from pain wanting to throw up and have to lay on the floor to sleep and sleep for about two hours at a time.
Any tips?

I had extreme back pain during my first trimester. It died down in the second, but now it is back- but still not as bad as the beginning. Just be sure to prop pillows behind you and keep your feet up when possible. Also, get your partner to give you gentle messages- at this point you can still lay on your stomach, so get all the massages in while you can!
Good luck!

Those pains are normal; have your partner give you a back massage and never use Bengay or anything like that. Use a calming lotion or take a soothing bath. I hope you feel better soon. <3

I have upper back pain from a car wreck in 2001. It hurt sometimes esp late in my pregnancy from the weight I had gained, but it was not to the point where I wouldn’t want to be pregnant again.
As you have lower back pain you will probably have extra pain as that is where a lot of the pressure is when the baby is bigger. Keep a steady supply of tylenol and talk to your doctor about it so he/she can help give ideas. I took a LOT of hot baths.
Beans in a sock heated in microwave for 1 minute is AMAZING!!! Hot baths, have your SO or a friend massage you.
