Ovulation tests?
I just bought some ovulation test(great package 18.74 for 20 ovulation tests and 5 pregnancy test including shipping)
Anyways, when should I start testing for ovulation using the strips? Also, how long after I get a posative ovulation strip will ovulation start, or any other advice from those who have used them before?

try them 10 -14 days after your period starts i used some that i bought at the pharmacy w/o any luck hope it goes better for you…..also i’ve head of a great product called PreSeed…..search it online i’ve heard wonders……good luck to you.

I don’t know I didn’t ever do the ovulation tests. As long as you have sex every night you can’t miss it!

Most women with regular cycles ovulate about10-14 days before their pd.
You’ll want to start testing then. Be sure to test at the same time every day. Sperm are suppose to be able to live for 5 days. Try to have sex 2 or 3 times around your ovulation.
*your test should come with directions but if they don’t you should search online and read instructions for other ovulation tests.
*If you do not have regular cycles you may want to try testing everyday or every other day. This can be very costly.
*You may also want to start charting your tempeture. There are many websites that can help with this. try http://www.fertilityfriend.com

it depends how long your cycle is, i have a 26 day cycle and start to test on cycle day 9. when you get a positive you will ovulate 24-48 hours later! good luck!
