Do teenage girls have a higher chance of getting pregnant than older women?
and why? I notice a lot of teenage girls who have sex say they don’t want to get pregnant and they end up getting pregnant. While older women who want to have babies have to try really hard? does anyone know why. Or is there no difference?

Yes it is true that as women get older they get less fertile. As a woman ages, she has less viable eggs, therefore less of a chance of becoming pregnant. This begins right before you turn 30 believe it or not—I didn’t untill we had a fertility specialist speak in our Family Law class! This doesn’t mean that you can’t get pregnant after 30, it just means that you are more likely to have difficulty. The decline is somewhat less remarkable for women who already have children.

Younger girls are more fertile than older women. Sometimes older woman who are ready to have children and are trying to get pregnant won’t be able to get pregnant right away because they are stressing about getting prego and that can make it not happen right away. It always seems like the day you stop TRYING to get prego, that is the day that you will. Also the younger the eggs, the more fertile you will be.

Women tend get less fertile as they get older which makes having a baby when your older harder. Plus there can be complications with pregnancies when you are 40 and over. Also sperm counts and activity can decrease as men get older.
Some people say that you just can’t force a baby, they just happen when your least thinking about trying.
