can you get pregnant when you are on the implanon for birth control?

i need to know if i can still get pregnant!
i have the implanted bar in my arm, that stays for 3 years.. and i didnt know if i could still get pregnant.

    if not taken perfectly and you have no history of infertility, then yes. my suggestion is to always use back up birth control. for example, if you’re on the pill then use spermicidal lube and a condom as well. but do not double wrap condoms, that has been proven numerous times to render the condoms useless and ineffective.

    No birth control is 100% effective except abstinence.

    No birth control is 100% effective, however implanon is most effective as long as it is placed right. More then pills because there no user error. More then IUDs because there is less chance of it coming out of place. And the one that surprised me, more effective then tubal ligations (how, i have no clue)

    I`m on Implanon,and we still use condoms and pull out everytime even tho im on Bc nothing is 100% and i wouldn’t take the chance of doing it unprotected.
