How do you conceive a baby girl naturally?
I currently am not trying to get pregnant. I just want to know if there is anything I can do now, to make my chances of conceiving a girl more likely. I want to do it naturally.
Any tips or advice?

Sperm that have a higher chance of becoming a girl swim slow and live long. Sperm that have a higher chance of becoming a boy swim quick and die quick.
Ideally you would want to have sex 2-5 days before ovulate and then abstain to increase your chances of having a girl.
Best way to do this is to chart your temp, and use an ovulation test that measures estrogen rather than lh (since estrogen surges 3-5 days before ovulation, and lh doesnt surge til 12-48 hours before ovulation, estrogen tests will give you more time to hit the right days). Saliva tests are good one time fee estrogen monitors.
Studies show that shettles method is 75-90% effective when done properly. Lady T might not agree, but most of the science community does.

I am TTC a girl right now, been trying for 9 months.
I googled “conceive a girl naturally” and tons of sites came up. Yes there are alot that want to sell you ways to do it but I also found natural vitamins to take, the “girl diet” and its mostly about conceiving BEFORE ovulation.
Start to track your ovulation DAILY so you know before you ovulate. (I use a saliva ovulation predictor test. Inexpensive and easy to use) Start following the girl diet and taking the vitamins.
Im not positive it will work since Im not pregnant yet but my research seemed pretty accurate.

Using your age and the month of conception, you can ‘predict’ what the gender of your baby will be, or you can determine what month you need to conceive to guarantee a little girl.

There’s not a way naturally…The male sperm is what defines the gender of the baby, it has nothing to do with what you eat or how you have sex…

No, there is absolutely nothing you can do to affect the outcome of the sex. If you took biology AT ALL in high school, then the following should look familiar:
Sperm carries the XY chromosome
Eggs carry the XX chromosome
Using a Punnet square, you deduce that the outcome of your child’s gender will either be: XX, XX, XY or XY. This means that there is only ever a 50% chance of having a girl except in the case of mutant genes.
EDIT: I can’t believe there are people here who are stupid enough to believe that you can determine the gender of your child with ‘diets’ or other pre-conception steps. Are you f*cking kidding? Do you know anything about biology? FOOD doesn’t change the fact that there are two sets of chromosomes at play. There is NOTHING you can do to affect the outcome – AT ALL, EVER, NO EXCEPTION, NO MATTER WHAT.
Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to go back to high school and take biology.

There are some methods that are thought to work although they are disputed by some scientists:
The woman shouldn’t orgasm during sex as acidity levels after orgasm favor male sperm.
Have intercourse around 3-4 days before ovulation so that the weaker possible male sperm will die off before ovulation.
Eat foods high in magnesium and calcium.
Use a shallow penetration position so the male sperm are placed as far from the egg as possible.
